Raccoon Mountain Caverns

For our Shadows and reflections unit, we went to the cave, Raccoon Mountain Caverns! It was so neat to see all the formations, we saw, stalagmites, stalactites, cave shield, and other named formations. We had a great guide and he showed us all kinds of cool things. Every time water drips on your head, it is a cave kiss and it's 7 years good luck, we had a wonderful time.

Tennessee Aquarium Field Trip

Our class went to the aquarium and had a wonderful time. Many of our parents were able to accompany us on this very special day! We had great fun looking at the penguins, feeding the sting rays and small sharks and standing very still in the butterfly garden. Please take a look at these photos and I will post more tomorrow.
